 "Welcome to J.R. Brannan Photography.  I'm a proud wife, a mom, a grandmother and a fur mama to our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Out of our 5 animals, 4 of them are rescues.  My heart is full in so many ways! 

I specialize in capturing the diverse, unfolding stories of life — from the smiles at special events to the unique personalities of pets and people. Photography started out as a hobby 14 years ago and over time, turned into a business that I dearly love.  With that passion, I know how to bring out the best in my subjects, whether they have two legs or four.

I use my camera to freeze fleeting childhood moments / capture the raw, unposed emotions of an engagement day and showcase the strength of my subjects so that clients can feel seen and beautiful / hold onto these memories forever and look back and feel that exact moment."
